I purchased this motorhome 10 years ago. It had spent all its life in Arizona. The lady I purchased it from moved it to Minnesota when her husband passed and I purchased it from her. it had 78,000 miles on it and now has 88,000. I changed all the oils in the generator and engine to synthetic and always used it. The three batteries are fairly new and all high quality. The four rear tires have a thousand miles on them, the front are good and spare has 500 miles on it. There is a picture of a soft spot in the left corner of the upper bunk. It was leaking and repaired five years ago. There is a new plywood panel in the roof where the escape hatch and vent is. It was leaking, professionally repaired and barely noticeable. My wife sewed a new loose cover on the upper bunk u shaped mattress as the old one the stitches came apart. The right rear corner of the motorhome has a boo! boo! I caught it on the fence a month ago and it has been repaired as well as can be. The a/c unit on the roof has a damaged cover and a rusty lower left side mirror. I cannot find replacements or I would have. Maybe you can. There is a Garmin GPS system {needs updating} and a real nice, one year old tarp that is included. I have all the original manuals for the appliances etc. and the truck"s owner manual. The best mileage I have achieved with the four speed on the flat is 18 mpg. The last time I used the unit was a year ago and everything worked. I would not be afraid to take this anywhere to deliver it and will with some arrangements. The tough part is this. To relieve my conscience, this is being sold as-is with all faults including, but not limited to those, described herein, as well as any other defects or faults , whether or not presently known or discoverable with or without inspection or operation of the vehicle. Should the motor vehicle be found defective following its purchase the buyer is fully responsible for any and all servicing and repair expenses.
