Vehicle description
We converted this reliable bus in Nov. 2014 and have had quite the adventures in it. It has seen 12 states with us in the last 4 years. It is time to move it along though, sadly. Specs:
40ft long, Only one rear axel though so you don"t need a special license.
I have full schematics manual / maintenence/ operating manuals.
includes: 55" flat screen tv, LG washer/dryer combo unit, 500W of solar with 4 deep cycle batteries and 2000W inverter ($2500), full size bathtub w/ shower, Toilet head composting toilet ($900 new), queen size bed, apartment size frige, large storage bays (one is converted into a spare bedroom w/ queen size bed) also, there is a latched door that opens from the floor into this room, lots of other creative convenient storage too. I"ve resealed the roof every summer for the last 4 years. has 2 skylights (one has hairline crack but no leak), All the history has been kept for this vehicle for the last 20 years. The best part about this bus is the detroit diesel engine only has 18,000 miles on it. (rebuilt)
I am unsure how many miles are on the chassis but I think I remember seeing in the history file there was about 400,000. The thing that sets this RV apart from the rest is it"s solid built construction. Most RV"s will fall apart if your kid starts peeling up the veneer. Also, the huge windows (4"x3") down the length of the bus allows you to see everything on your adventure.
