1986 GMC Box Truck and 20ft Trailor/Smoker
Truck"s Engine was totally just re built (see attached) last fall August 2017. 4 BTU Cummins Engine. Runs and Drives great. I have a fridge and freezer in the back of this truck. New brakes on the truck too. New battery, new headlights and new tires.
The Trailer is 20ft with upgraded, bigger wheels (6 lugnuts) and breaks in order to have better breaking power. Propane located on the front of the truck feeding the fire boxes. 2 separate smoker on the truck so you have the ability to only havev1 side going or 2 if you want. This is a reverse flow and have always smoked cherry wood in this. As you can see in the pictures a service counter flips up. This trailer is totally covered and keeps you dry in the rain. I also have a brand new electric warming table with 3 bays to keep your food warm. This trailer is completely wired with plugs and lights for electricity
