Vehicle description
Great running RV with open floor plan. Sofa opens to full size bed. There was a full size mattress above cab. Sleeps 4 comfortable. All appliances work. Kohler Generator 4500 has 330 hours and starts with a switch on the dash. I replaced the 2 battery"s (one starter and one deep cycle). It was sitting for a couple years but with some clean gas and 2 new battery"s started like a champ. It has surprisingly strong pick up and go attitude.It does have a power steering fluid leak.has been parked on the street and is leaning that is why the green slime on side will need a good scrub. I have an estimate for the 6 tires for 833.00. Tire size LT215/85/16.a hatch on the roof blew off in a wind storm.there is some work to be done from water on interior.YouTube video walk through. https:/ youtu.be/3n0VNF8pHXA. RV was born in CA and was driven across country and now resides in NJ. Perfect for Someone who likes a do-it-yourself. CASH ONLY
If you come inspect the vehicle and you want to make an offer you will have two choices for the tires.
If you would prefer me to put the 6 new tires on the RV before you drive it away, then I will agree to pay for half of the price quote that I received of $833.00 towards the new tires. However I will request you make $400.00 deposit to my paypal and I will have them mounted and road ready for you.
If you do not want me to put the new tires on then leave a deposit of 100.00 with paypal and you can pick the vehicle up AS-IS.
