1986 Chevy P-30 StepVan 6.2L. This stepvan is already registered as an RV in the state of California. I drove it from Florida to Los Angeles and it’s been in storage since 2018. (If you want to keep it stored there it’s the best price I’ve found @ $225/month. No problems at all.) Very low miles, about 121000 or so on this 6.2L diesel. You’ll have to wire the genny back in if you want to turn it on from inside but it works. No solar but I’m including my 2000 watt Sine Wave inverter and the controller it came with. 19 inch wheels-only 3000 miles on the tires. 4 Levelers-brand new Lift gate Battery isolator Shore plug On demand water heater-brand new Mini split a/c- brand new Converter Generator House battery Propane tank built in Portable water hose 7’ interior space 2 Fantastic fans-brand new Approximately 7’x7’x16’ inside box area.(see 6’ tall person on bed ) Full bathroom with: Shower Sawdust compost toilet Sink Kitchen includes: X-large sink with hose Large counters with pull out cutting boards and drawers. Built in spice rack and pullout pantries. Lots of shelves and over head storage Living/bed: 2 - 38” sofas which pull together to make a regular twin size bed. Both have storage underneath. The house lights and plugs work I also have both the shop and repair manuals and the wiring diagram for the stepvan. I make no guarantees about this stepvan but I hope you love her because we sure have enjoyed having her!
