Up for sale is this super heavy-duty dual axle tool trailer. Aquired in poor cosmetic condition from Ephrata, PA over the winter. I was told that it was formerly used by a power company and had intentions to fix up and keep, but not enough room. Trailer was rewired with LEDs for standard 4-way trailer connector, and exterior completely re-painted. Compartments would need (4) new locks, but I did convert to a 2" ball hitch over the former pintle hitch. Tires have a lot of life left. No substantial rust to speak of at all, electric brakes are ready for new wiring, but condition of them is unknown. Wheels spin freely.
It is a very unusual looking trailer and the grey paint gives it a military look. Perfect for a builder/contractor or even a crafter. Could be customized further for ladder racks, etc. by simply welding to the existing all metal frame or panels. No cheap sheet metal, this thing is built like a tank. If you need a cheap dual axle flatbed, just cut the tool box off and you have an awesome steel deck flat bed trailer. Weight and date of manufacture is unknown but pulls perfect - no sway. Last remnant of tags was from "98. No title. Sells in as-is condition with bill of sale.
