I bought this to fix and resale. It had a leak in roof were tree limb fell on it. I fixed leak and removed only bad part of wall and floor .I started reframing but haven"t finished. It"s going really easy but I have a lot of projects and will let this go for rite price .$500 as is,or I"ll finish and take $2,500. This trailer needs work but very repairable with some simple and basic carpentry skills. A young lady and her kids were living in it when I got it so it"s not that bad.
