New Battery, New flooring, New paint, New foam mattress, New upholstery, New curtains, New front cab windows, New electric fridge, New induction cooktop, New LED lights throughout the interior along with usb wall chargers. Still needs a little more work, (finish countertop, finish gas line, finish electric wire to fridge.)
