This is a 1985 Scamp 16 foot camper. I would consider the camper to be in good condition for its age with a few minor flaws. The body is very good it has one small spot what you can see in the picture that somebody has roughed in repaired would be a simple fix. The only real things that I"ve tried in it is the stove and it works excellent and I plugged it in 110 volt and lights Etc work. I have not tried to fire the furnace or put water into the system but everything is there and looks to be okay. The previous owner"s family who owned it its whole life said everything worked 3 years ago but you would have to take that for what it"s worth. I have not tried it I cannot say that it works. Camper seems to be very solid with original interior and appliances Etc. I believe it is priced right even for someone who wants to go through it and modernize it with new parts from Scamp. If you"ve looked into these campers you can buy almost everything brand new that still fits and it is very very reasonable. This is a very simple and inexpensive camper to own. Everything from the battery box to an updated propane tank hoses Etc all seem to be intact. New black water hose is in the holder fresh water hoses under the seats. Camper also comes with 5 leveling jacks look to be original. There is the original manuals for the refrigerator and furnace.Camper is equipped with electric brakes. Doors and windows Etc all work fine. Cabinets etc. are in good condition. Previous owner had caulked around most windows and all fittings outside on camper .I have a clear Indiana title in my name. Now I will list the minor imperfections that I have found on the camper. 1) Roof vent has leaked but I have re-sealed it since I"ve owned it. Actuator has piece broke but does still function. 2) Water had dripped on original table and warped it. All hardware is there etc . New table is $75 3) Zippers on cushion covers are bad and do not zip. All new are $320 from Scamp. 4) There is a soft spot at the step from the rear right in the corner by the fridge. This was from the vent leaking. I have included a picture of the floor from the bottom side of the camper and you can tell it runs right along the frame rail it"s not very big. And each end under the window looks to have been wet 3 or 4 inches from body. Both ends are under cabinets or seats and are probably not an issue. The before mentioned is soft but then again I"m 300 lbs . Rest of trailer is very solid. Note : Please ask any and all questions before bidding.
