I"m listing this car for the owner, This is all the information he has given me, the chassis #11, CART#433 and USAC#0570,. March 85c Rahal/Trusports indy car, Adrian Newhy designe. After research from Indianapolis archives it is believed that this is the car that started third on the front row of the 1985 Indy 500 driven by Bobby Rahal. The car was professonaly converted with a 700+hp sbc with Kinzler injection and last ran in the American Indy Car Series. The car has been sitting for a while and would need a going over, it is presently being fitted with new body work. there is zero time on reconditioned cylinder heads, clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, slave cylinder, headers at a cost of 5K, complete restoration of fuel injection system by Kinsler. Car comes with extensive spares package including starter unit, blue prints and set up information. Contact seller for spares info. Chassis: Aluminum honeycomb and carbon fiber monocoque and body work. Transaxle: March 5 speed with a Torsen Gleason differential. Brakes: 4 wheel directionally vented rotors with large magnesium AP Lockheed 4 piston calipers. Suspension: front top and bottom A-arms and inboard shock spring units on all four corners, cockpit adjustable sway bars. Wheels: 16 March and Fittipaldi, front 10x15 rears 14x15, Engine: Total Seal sbc 700+hp, shaved block,Broadix aluminum heads, Kinsler fuel injection, with build sheets and receipts.
