Hi so I purchased this RV in 2015 from a local Church Jesus Shack. They were using it as a mobile medical unit. They received the RV from a man who left it in his will when he passed away. It only has 23, 500 miles on it. I spent an entire year renovating the inside and I am really happy with the way it turned out. I turned it into a salon on wheels type of business . I installed a stylist chair for a hair station and there is a large area in the back of the rv with comfortable seating . .can be used for waiting room or pedicure services. Since the twin beds were removed it left plenty of room for the 100 gallon water tank that was installed to provide plenty of water for any services you wish to provide. There are two roof top a/c units . an onan generator and plenty of cabinet storage . .the engine is a Chevy 454. And I have the title in hand and ready to sell. I keep the RV in locked rv storage lot and registration is valid. I have a non o.p placed on the rv because I had to put my dream on hold and go back to work full time. I know this is a beautiful rv with the ability to use it for a business or to keep as a travel trailer . there is a place to add a small mattress at the front of the rv if needed.
