Hi so I purchased this RV in 2015 from a local Church Jesus Shack. They were using it as a mobile medical unit. They received the RV from a man who left it in his will when he passed away. It only has 28,000 miles on it. I spent an entire 6 months renovating the inside and I am really happy with the way it turned out. I turned it into a salon on wheels type of business . I installed a stylist chair for a hair station and there is a large area in the back of the rv with comfortable seating . .can be used for a sleeping area, waiting room or pedicure services. Since the bed was removed it left plenty of room for the 150 gallon water tank that was installed to provide plenty of water for any services you wish to provide. There are two working roof top a/c units . an onan generator and plenty of cabinet storage . I just replaced the starting battery and I replaced the expensive auxiliary batteries which are two 6 Volts. the engine is a Chevy 454. Tags are CURRENT And paid through December 2017.I have the clean title in hand and I am ready to sell. I keep the RV in locked rv storage lot. This Rv was my dream but I had to put my dream on hold and go back to work full time. I know this is a beautiful rv with the ability to use it for a business or to keep as a travel trailer . there is a small pull down bed in the front of the rv if needed.
