Selling a Ford E350 Complete Motor Home, with a 5.8 v8 gas auto @ 43k miles. The Motor runs very smooth,no issue with fuel, fire and breathing, but truck does n eeds brake work,the hydro boost pulley is froze up. And even though tires have good thread, they are dry rotted. These are probably the two main reasons why you can just hop in and drive off in the Motor home, i"m not a tech, but i did stay at the holiday inn express last night. Has Stove, Bath, Refrigerator, gas and water hook ups. The interior condition is in the eye of the beholder, someone not so picky might clean it up, get some fresh pillows for the couch, some ply boards for side panels and make a travel home out of it in a week, or someone else might need a million bucks to get the interior where they want it to be.
