FOR SALE 1985 AIRSTREAM EXCELLA 34" Tri-Axle
Non Smoking. All original equipment with exception of painted walls & cabinets. Clear title/licensed for road/passe d Texas safety inspection. Registered through April 2019.
Electrical system works well using either the 8 pin trailer connection or the electric extension cord which is brand new.
A/C & electric heater need to be checked. We used A/C in the summer but have not used electric heater. Propane heater works great but should check hoses for leaks. I have not used stove or microwave but refrigerator gets cold.
- Sub floor in great shape when carpet was pulled out. New floors put in 2 months ago.
- Original upholstery still in good shape. I did not get a chance to recover it.
- Left rear leveler bent. (Very solid with the 3 down however)
- A couple of the double pane windows have lost vacuum/separated. (Outside pane in still intact)
- New curtains throughout. Still have original hardware and curtains if you wanted to use those.
- 2 dents in exterior. Could have repaired and the trailer polished to a "like new" shine.
- ALL tires are brand new.
- Needs new holding tank for water. New plumbing inside under kitchen & bath sinks.
Would be great for. . camping, guest quarters, single or couple living, craft room, etc. .
We were going to use it as a second home in Lubbock but decided against it. We purchased this Airstream in August 2018 from the original owners son.
