Up for sale with NO RESERVE is a vintage 1984 CHATEAU LITE CAMPER. The Camper is 15 feet long, approximately 7 feet tall and weighs approximately 1700 pounds. I was able to tow it home with a JEEP PATRIOT with no issues. The camper needs a new paint job. The interior is solid, and I started to add new blue covers to the seat cushions, but did not finish. I have a large roll of the blue material that is included in case you want to make blue curtains that match. The curtains in the camper now are new and hand made. When I purchased the camper, all of the lights worked as did the AC. I did not test the gas stove or the water. I would imagine they work as well. The camper has a new spare tire, but will need two new tires in order for it to travel any real distance. There is a WALMART within two miles of the house where new tires may be purchased, or you can bring a trailer and tow it away. There are no leaks in the roof and the floor under one"s feet is solid. The underbelly of the camper will have to be replaced, as it has rotted away, as you can see by the photos. Also included is the hardware for the awning. This will make a nice project for someone. That was my idea, but unfortunately, life got in the way, a divorce, and a forced move, which includes a major reduction in living quarters. I am not able to take the camper with me and am selling it on EBAY with NO RESERVE. I tried selling it on CL, but ended up getting too many scammers. . .sad. I will also include a box of wood laminate peel and stick flooring, which I purchased to cover the linoleum there now. Also included are four wheel covers. There are a couple of other items included that are not shown, assorted baskets, MELAMINE dishes, and saucers, and other camper goodies! Camper Title In Hand. Must be picked up! Thanx for looking!
