This is a camping ready camper, New clearance lights outside, New vents inside. Gas and electric refrigerator, good working furnace, Queen bed and propane tanks are included. All you need is to put in two car batteries and its camping ready. The roof a/c unit the fan motor went out on . BUT for a added 300.00 I will install a working unit. Otherwise this older camper is live able. Roof has fresh coat of flex seal, tires have good tread ( but older tires ) fresh grease on axles, all blinkers, brakes and turn lights work. This unit is rare to have a kitchen table with matching leaf. Flat screen tv and blue tooth CD player radio are included. the awning is old but still in working order, but may need canvas replaced in future " because of age ". No water damage to even talk about. Older unit but in good condition with good clean title. Light hail damage to sides.
