Fully Self Contained. Too many extras(Goodies) to list, Runs and drives excellent, One of the cleanest and well kept older units have seen in a long time! Lance Squire cabover. Plenty of storage, Full Kitchen, Sleeper Dinette, Full bath & shower + + Appliances work fine. Nice awning, Solar on roof. Normal expected wear. Ford F250 6.9 Turbo Diesel, 85,501 on the Odometer, not sure if original. A/C needs charged, Glow plugs or controller need replaced at the moment. Some added gauges etc. Truck and coach come with Extras. A Dealer friend of mine said he would retail it at 11K so I have priced it less and will consider any reasonable offer from that serious, nice person!
