1984 E-One Emergency One E-1 Stratosphere Firefighting Ladder Aerial Truck 96,208 mi. (Company markings have been removed )
135" foot aluminum ladder with 2018 inspection. Intercom for communication at the top of the ladder to the turntable control center. Pre piped water way Three 2 1/2" water inlets supply to waterway 8V92 Detroit Diesel engine (V8) Turbocharged and supercharged. . (yes its the 2 stroke "greyhound" engine that sounds awesome if the muffler were removed, this truck has the muffler on it so it is a little quiet.) Automatic Transmission (not sure what kind) Two 35" extension ladders One 28" extension ladder Super single 385/65 R22.5 steer tires have approx. 85% tread remaining. Drive tires have approx. 90% tread remaining Truck will seat one driver, three SCBA capable and one half seat. (Total of 5 personnel.) * * * * DOES NOT HAVE OR INCLUDE THE SCBA EQUIPMENT OR SEAT BRACKETS* * * * * 8 compartments for spare SCBA cylinders Two collapsable wheel chocks (one on each side) Dual air horns Federal Q siren, with siren brake.
