Many upgrades: 2013- Tires and rims with matching spare with about 2000 miles on them. 50 Amp Direct-Wire Surge Protector. 3-Maxx Air Vent Covers. Thetford RV Toilet. 2014- Norcold Refrigerator 2-way, Duo-Therm Dometic Roof-Top Hear Pump/AC. 2015 - Brand new 18" Built-In Frigidaire Dishwasher. Never used. Brand new Splendid washer/Dryer Combo. Never used. Upgraded vinyl plank flooring, Brown Leather Theater Seating Recliners. 2019 - 2" Brown wood-look blinds. Brand new area rug and runner. 2020 - 2 Brand new Marine Deep Cycle Batteries. Gas cook stove and gas heater work great. We do not know if the central heat or Zip Dee Awning work. Newer hot water heater. Two 40 gallon aluminum propane tanks with new style valves and new regulator. There are several smaller beauty marks and one larger one front drivers side. Also clear coat showing deterioration.
