&nbps; Visit Store 1984 Airstream Excella 31 - Excellent Interior Condition Title Condition: Clear This is one of the nicest 80"s Excella"s inside I"ve ever come across - its gorgeous . . if your motto is "its what inside that counts" - this is the trailer for you.
It is the nice rear twin bed / center bath layout.
Overall the body is in good condition for this vintage of trailer, but it does have some wear and tear. Notably, the trailer has hail damage on the roof, most visible on the front end-cap and some on the rear end-cap. This is cosmetic only. There are other minor dents and scrapes on the trailer and one of the hatch cover locks is missing.
The lid of the propane tank cover is detached - it is in the trailer.

The water heater needs replacing - it most likely was frozen without winterizing. As soon as I hooked up the water it came pouring out below the heater. This being the case I can not test the full water system in the trailer but I expect that with a new hot water heater everything else will be fine - there"s no sign of leaks anywhere in the trailer.
One of the awning extension arms needs repair, but the awning still functions fine.
The AC blows air but does not cool so it needs service or replacement.
I"ve gone though this trailer personally and it is SUPER NICE inside.
It has the original solid wood cabinetry throughout with really nice rattan inserts on the door panels.
A MASSIVE closet that is cedar lined.
Tons of other storage places.
The front couch is in excellent condition - all original draperies are in excellent condition.
All tambour doors in tact and working great.
Both overhead fans (front and rear) are working great.
Nice on-board stereo system with a FM/AM Cassette deck and CD changer.
Original AIRSTREAM control panel working.
All electrical systems are working great - 12v systems also great. Needs a couple of replacement fluorescent tubes in the overhead light fixtures.
The trailer does have a solar panel and seems to be charging but I"m not a solar systems expert. I did install one brand new battery.
Two excellent twin mattresses just installed.
The fridge works great, gets ice cold plugged in and working on propane both.
The LP system is good - stove lights up just fine.
Tires are brand new.
All exterior lights are working.
Towed this 350 miles and it pulls super nice.
Overall a super nice camper that needs AC and water heater repairs to make it 100% camp ready on or off grid.
