Vehicle description
New June 2018: Tires, trailer lift Jack, baby moons, vinyl floor. LED kitchen light, Inside door latch and handle and interior weather stripping.
Options: Jayco Awning (green), Dualtherm Emerson Quiet Cool A/C - 1997. Axle (non-braking) - replaced 2003. 2" Receiver on rear - installed 2000. LP regulator and valve -1994. Outside door handle - 2002. Hydroflame propane furnace w/ 8" vent kit - 2003, Water tank and 12V water pump. 1 full size bed & bunk beds. Ice box, not a refrigerator. Leveling Jacks stands. Propane stove top. Propane tank. 12V battery.
Includes two file folders of user/owner"s manuals and maintenance receipts of repairs or added options completed through the decades by the original owners (deceased). The A/C is cool not cold, I would expect one of that size to run you out of it. The A/C unit has a built in electric heater and blower. The water pump works as the pictures illustrate. The furnace works but the blower runs continuously - a replacement time delay relay is on order and will be repaired by pick up (it was stuck closed). All the items listed as New in June are repairs or touchups done by me. All the accessories in the photo are included with the trailer. I didn"t roll out the canopy for pics because it"s such a chore and raining, it has the typical mildew stains but all the pieces are there. Everything works and has no leaks unless I"ve mentioned it. If you are dissatisfied with the condition of the trailer on pickup, your deposit will be refunded in whole.
