This is a very clean coach that has been well cared for with many newer updates. There are so many features on this coach that I am sure I have forgotten a few of them. We are the second owners and have owned this coach for the past 11 years. It has never been a Greyhound. I will list all the features that I can think of in no particular order. 8V92 Silver Edition Detroit Diesel Engine (has not leaked or consumed oil) Allison 5 spd 754 series automatic trans with cruise control. 2 Stage Jake Brakes. 17Kw Kubota Diesel Generator (Approx. 100 hrs) w/automatic switch over and remote start from inside coach (up front in driver"s area, at the main panel in hallway, and on the generator). 210 Gallon Fuel Tank feeds main engine and generator. 2Kw Heart Inverter Battery Maintainer. Several outlets in coach are wired into Inverter. 4-105Ah 6V House Batteries. 2-Group 31 Coach Start Batteries. Outlet in engine bay for Block Heater and Trickle Start Battery Chargers. Less than 1000 miles on 12R-22.5 Ohtsu Steers and Drives (Michelin Tags are outdated but have lots of tread. They were moved from inside duallys to tag axle when new Ohtsu tires were installed.) Tires have always been covered with wheel covers when parked which are included with coach. Twin 45 gallon fresh water-plus-45 gal grey + 45 gal black. Stationary Automatic Satellite. Zip Dee Awnings (5) in fair condition. Interior is solid Walnut (Marathon) trim and cabinets w/Brazilian Cherry Laminate flooring. Side (offset) Hallway with Hall Coat Closet. Bedroom Thermal Pane windows fogging. Full bath w/sliding doors. 3 unit Medicine Cabinet in bathroom. 2 Split Unit Air Conditioners (1 bedroom + 1 kitchen) 3 LP catalytic heaters. 3 120V baseboard heaters. Backup Camera w/6" LED TV up front. Nextar GPS unit. Stereo System. Air Horns and Controllable Light on Roof. 32" Flat Screen TV in lounge. 27" Flat Screen TV w/DVD Player in Bedroom. Many of the recessed ceiling lights have been converted to LED (Excluding the bedroom because the LEDs were too bright). Couch in lounge has 3 large drawers for storage and seat that slides forward to make into a Queen Sized bed. Complete monitoring system of house batteries and AC current. Exterior Paint is original and faded with a few chips. Exterior Stainless has a few minor dings. Sky Light in Kitchen and Bathroom that open for ventilation. Newer 6 Gal gas/elect Stainless Steel water heater w/heat exchanger (Atwood) (Heat exchanger not connected but could be plumbed in) 5 Drawer upright toolbox on slider that extends out from third bay. 10 Gal (40#) Auxiliary LP bottle in first bay on driver"s side for long term parking in addition to 24 Gal built-in tank.
