| “ We have enjoyed this motorhome immensely! We converted this motorhome from a bus in 2014. Everything that is electronic or a machine was put in new except for the microwave oven. All Plumbing and electrical are new as well of course in 2014. This RV is extremely functional and easy to service. All systems work. It has sewer hookups and electrical hookups. As far as HVAC is concerned, 3 roof air conditioners at 13, 500 BTU per air conditioner. As far as Plumbing is concerned, there is 84 gallons of fresh water, 42 gallon gray water tank, 40 gallon black water tank.The mechanical side of the bus has recently been serviced, including oil change, greased and fuel filters changed. It is ready to travel as far as that's concerned.The only thing that needs repair currently is the driver side headlights. This motorhome has age and wear. However, it is in good enough shape for some time being used as a motorhome as opposed to a tour bus that accrues many miles per year. ” |

We have enjoyed this motorhome immensely! We converted this motorhome from a bus in 2014. Everything that is electronic or a machine was put in new except for the microwave oven. All Plumbing and electrical are new as well of course in 2014. This RV is extremely functional and easy to service. All systems work. It has sewer hookups and electrical hookups. As far as HVAC is concerned, 3 roof air conditioners at 13, 500 BTU per air conditioner. Washer and dryer is one unit and works well. As far as plumbing is concerned, there is 84 gallons of fresh water, 42 gallon gray water tank, 40 gallon black water tank. Electrical is 50 amp hookup.
The layout of this RV is master bedroom in the rear with a queen bed. 4 bunks next. The bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and sink. The galley includes the washer/dryer, a refrigerator/freezer (120 volt) microwave and kitchen double sink. The front contains couches and TV/DVD player. There is plenty of storage room.
The mechanical side of the bus has recently been serviced, including oil change, greased and fuel filters changed. It is ready to travel as far as that"s concerned. The 5 speed MANUAL transmission shifts well, is in good shape and clutch is good.
The only thing that needs repair currently is the driver side headlights.
