1982 Monaco Motorhome RV 30 ft Class A 64k miles. Condition is Used. I"m the 3rd owner. Previous owner put a new crate motor in it, appropriately 4,000 miles on the motor. Clean California title (in hand).
Great first time RV; mostly remodeled. 6500 watt generator, which works great. This mortorhome is ready to explore! Fits a King size mattress. Strong motor and transmissions. Modern kitchen remodel, and new cushion and futon covers. This RV will come with full propane and clean grey and black water tanks (hoses" included). Roof had a water leak but we totally remodeled the walls. Also, the roof and windows were completely sealed. The RV does not leak anywhere to my knowledge. Six new LED lights. Stove works, refrigerator works. Both roof AC blow ice cold. Heater works as well.
Minor things to fix: Shower drain is clogged, needs crown molding around the new floor (some trim and almost a full box of flooring is included), kitchen sink needs washers and tighten to countertop. Blinker switch works but needs to be tighten as well. Dash AC does not work; however, both (two) roof AC units blow ice cold. The back of the RV has a crack (see photo) from the previous owner while backing up, it does not effect anything nor leak water; not a must fix item.
