1981 Sunline Towable Camper - 20" x 7.8" - Gutted - Twin Axel - LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!
Condition: Camper is totally gutted, no electric, water, ect. Used as an office on our property. I put up a wall in the inside which I used as a vocal booth for recording, all can be removed easily. Rear wall has cut-out for small air-conditioner (see pics).Tires are still inflated and appear to have no rot. Has had a leak in the rear roof, can be repaired with rubber coating, I have tarp on it now which is keeping the inside dry.
About Towing this trailer out : The A-Frame part of the trailer (where the hitch is) is facing inside the property so the backend of the trailer must be pulled out first into street to get to the hitch portion of the front of of the trailer.
*Trailer must be towed professionally from our property.
