This is a beautiful surviving 31 foot supreme Luxury Liner. we purchased this camper from the original owners family to travel the country. we have made a wonderful trip from Arizona to North Carolina. We have finished our travels for this season and are selling this camper With the option of FREE DELIVERY BETWEEN CHARLOTTE NC AND PHOENIX AZ. If the buy it now is used or reserve is met and funds are recieved before oct 31st 2017, Within a reasonable distance of interstate 40 or interstate 10 between the two mentioned cities (contact me for info). This will ultimately be my decision of route in the end, based on time and distances. This is a great deal to get this camper to you at no additional expense. This trailer originally was a rear bedroom, we made room for a queen bed up front, and left a twin sized bunk in back. We used our own beds and will not include the beds in the sale. most people prefer to change the beds in used campers any way so i believe this is not an issue. We instaled a new dometic toilet that is taller and made of porcelain like a residential one for comfort and ease of cleaning. We installed new Shaw ( Watter Proof ) plank floor. and new blinds to match on the windows. We made some black out curtains for the front radius windows. The camper has a power jack hoist and two 7.5 gal. aluminum lp tanks on the front. Gold anodized front awning with matching corner window covers, and smoke tinted safety glass the roof air is a 13500 btu heat pump/ac that functions properly however the shroud is somewhere in tennesse. the vent cover over the front roof has been replaced the vent in the bath has been repaired. the brakes and bearings have been serviced in the last 2000 miles The camper has new tires in the last 2000 miles. The kitchen counter has some cracks in the formica i believe from heat at some point in the past but are presentable. the stove works as it should, the sink is a double basin and we installed a new water filtration. The refrigerator works as it should on electric but i have not checked it with lp. 20 gal. of water 30 amp service water heater works well on lp only does not have elect. nice size shower with bench seat IT has a 20 foot awning that has been damaged by the sun and wind, we have not used it. includes all original owners manuals and extensive docs. Also includes all towing components and sway bars load leveler hitch. etc
