New air conditioning, new batteries interstate, new 10 ply tires in 2017, new dump valves, new electric jack, new load leveling, has sway hitch, aluminum propane bottles, this trailer has been well maintained. Has nice working awning, many many extra lights, new porch light, you will not be disappointed in this trailer. Has all new plumping with shut flow pump, we have taken very good care of this trailer. Everything works as it should. 35 gal fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank and I’m not certain about the size of black water tank. Weight is 5600 lbs.” |

Very good condition silver Streak continental luxury liner. Has new 10 ply tires 2017. New air conditioner July 2018. All new plumbing and shut flo Pump. New vinyl plank flooring. New interstate batteries. New battery box . Aluminum propane bottles. 5600 lbs weight. Nice trailer. Has new porch light and many many new exterior lights in packages and interior lights. All new . They are spares. This trailer has been very well taken care of. We have owned it for 25 years and have always maintained it . We bought a diesel pusher motor home is the reason for selling. This trailer needs nothing . There has never been a leak and it does not leak now. Has all new vents on roof. I have also installed all new dump valves and have new spares as well. If you want a nice older trailer that is built to last. This is it. I have also had the electric brakes serviced recently. They work as they should. Water heater is 6 gallon gas or electric. Domitec refrigerator works great. Works on gas or electric. Low reserve too. This trailer is worth twice the reserve.
