This is a great little trailer for someone looking for a trailer to use for a business. It is light enough to haul with a regular vehicle. That is super important! A real conversation starter and brings clients to you because it"s SO CUTE! It has BRAND NEW TIRES as well as a spare in great condition. Has no A/C installed (it was in the back window and poorly installed), but I have the air unit and it comes with the trailer. .so you can install it yourself. The interior lighting fixture is an original Victorian antique. Awning and poles included. Perfect for someone who can do a little work to restore it to be a camper or for a business. NO SMELLS! I have slept in the trailer at night on the floor instead of paying for hotels and it worked out great! I also have the original sink, the water tank and fold down table (uninstalled).
