This is a great little trailer for someone looking for a trailer to use for a business. It is light enough to haul with a regular vehicle. That is super important! A real conversation starter and brings clients to you because it"s SO CUTE! It has BRAND NEW TIRES as well as a spare in great condition. Has no A/C installed (it was in the back window and poorly installed), but I have the air unit and it comes with the trailer. .so you can install it yourself. The interior lighting fixture is an original Victorian antique. Awning and poles included. Has a few cosmetic issues, but it"s perfect for someone who can do a little work on those. NO SMELLS!
