She"s been a really good money maker for both me and the photographer that had her before me. . Thiss little camper is perfect for someone who works at festivals or other mobile events ,it can easily be converted to a food truck or a coffee bar or wine bar :-) these things are all the rage all over the country and the prices are going up every day!
It was owned by a photographer who use the former bathroom as a darkroom, it still has the water tank ,but not the bathroom fixtures.
The beds and cabinets have been taken out and it"s wide-open, but with really nice finish , nice flooring and light interior walls, with pretty lighting features.
Everything about it is in really good shape. It has an air conditioner. Clean title.
