This is a 24" Nomad Camper. I have a current PA title for it. Not currently inspected as it has been sitting for several years now. Since it has been sitting for several years now and I"m not going to use it, I"m selling it cheap to have it gone from my driveway. This camper would be great for someone to use at a deer camp, or for someone looking for a cheap project to fix up. I took some quick pictures, but I will point out a few things.
When I bought it the bathroom had been turned into two bunks across the back end. The arrangement worked fine for me since I always parked at a camp with showers and bathrooms, but it will need work if you want a bathroom again. I am including the toilet for it though in case you want to go that route.
There are two soft spots in the floor, one by the door and one by the front table from when one of the kids left the roof vent open.
At some point a mouse got into the wall in front, so the front corner paneling needs fixing. The curtain rod is down because the bracket fell down. Easy fix but not something I have time to think about.
The following things worked fine last time I used them. I am selling this as is though, because it has been sitting and I can"t say everything still is running.
The awning worked last time I tried it, but it was a pain so I didn"t bother after that. The interior lights and outlets worked. The refrigerator worked fine on electricity. I never used the gas option, just electric. I also never used the gas heater because we had pet birds with us when we camped and birds don"t do well with gas. The stove worked with the gas just fine. The brakes were good with the brake controller, and the lights were all working. The tires are all old and getting dry, so it could use a new set probably. They seem to be holding air at least. The sink was working fine last time I checked. The door locks work and I have the keys for both locks and also for the storage bins on the sides.
