2. NEW BATTERY, 3 NEW TIRES INSTALLED! ! New windshield wipers
STARTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS VERY SMOOTH
3. OUTSIDE OF RV HAS BEEN WASHED since pix have been taken, 440 cid, MOTOR CLEANED AND $50 GAS INSTALLED
4. RV HAS BEEN STARTED AND DRIVEN A FEW MILES TO A FLAT LOCATION AND RUNNING GREAT.
BRAKES HAVE BEEN SERVICED (NEW REAR BRAKE CYLINDERS AND BRAKE BOOSTER) AND ARE NOW WORKING GOOD.
SHOULD BE ABLE DRIVE TO YOUR LOCATION! !

I purchased this in 2011 and after using for a couple year it has now has been parked till now.
Has about 65K miles on a 440 dodge motor, Automatic tranny
Was lived in it for 3 years but now need to sell.
all glass is good, Has roof leak in bedroom area were the air conditioner has sagged down from roof.
All was working when i parked it 8 years ago.
Has accumulated some dirt on the outside and in side.
Has propane tank that worked when parked.
Has 6.5K Onan generator that worked.
Will sleep 6 , 2 in overhead bunk, 2 on couch, 2 on rear bedroom queen sized.
Has porch awning in good condition.
