She’s a peach and ready to roll! Dad is age 90 and has taken his last jaunt with Li’l Toot. She has new tires, carpet and curtains. The 2 burner stove and sink pump just replaced are brand new/never used. A new furnace (Suburban NT125E) with thermostat was installed in 1989 when Dad purchased the trailer and still works like a charm. There is an awning and exterior water hookup. Also included are three 5 gallon propane tanks and a porta potty. Although the water tank capacity lists at 11 -20, we’re not entirely sure what it is. Trailer weight is 1400 lbs. The refrigerator does not work so Dad uses dry ice to keep things cold. Located in Mancos, CO. If you have any questions, please ask.
