Vehicle description

LAST CHANCE Classic Apache pop-up camper in good condition and renovated. I bought this then found that my small suv would not be able to tow it. I completely gutted the interior, insulated the lower walls, new bottom wood walls, replaced/inspected 110v electric receptacles, 12 volt lights, relocated dining table/bed (so you don"t have to crawl on table to get into bed), replaced and recovered all cushions and mattress, built new cabinets, new flooring, new paint all over and new parts installed and renovated. I removed the furnace, fridge, heavy chipped sink, & heavy 3 burner propane stove top. These are most of the renos and additions: * New door catch/lock & latch for top-to-bottom door *New converter - AC to 12V (with extra 12v wire from removal of furnace and rv fridge controls in case you want to add 12v appliances etc.) Converter has 4 connectors - using 1) *Removed non-working fridge, furnace and propane stove top. Installed new electric mini fridge. Propane line capped and ready for installation of small propane heater if needed. (I did not replace stove top because I never use it for indoor cooking and using for heat is dangerous). *Compact used microwave & NuWave PIC for inside cooking. There is only one 110V line and breaker for the whole trailer so can use only one heat generating appliance at a time or install another breaker and separate the line. *New propane tank (5 gal or 20 #) *New small sink with faucet (cold water hook-up only) *New water & wastewater connections & lines *One (1) 48"x72" mattress. Second 48" bed has carpet only for closet, storage, play area, etc. You can put in your own mattress or what-have-you. New porta-potty, new 12v & 110v led lighting Exterior: *3 new endcaps installed + 1 extra for spare *New power cord, water, wastewater, and waterfill flanges *New replacement telescope cover turn buttons *New replacement plexigrass sliding windows & screens * 1 double window replaced with wood, painted and sealed. (Could not find parts for sliding window and 3 plexiglass windows were cracked - replaced one for $35 plus difficult installation) Also I preferred to have an extra wall for hanging stuff behind sink/food prep area instead of curtains. * Manual downloaded from website - available as cd. SPECIFICATIONS: Closed road height: 4" 8" Outside width: 6" 8" Closed length: 14" 10 1/2 " (measured from rear to center of ball) Actual closed length: 11" 6" Open length : 18"6"
From my measurements: Interior floor area: 9" 11"" x 6" 4" Each bed pulls out to 4" making total interior length of 18" Floor to ceiling height is 6"2"
The guy I bought this from said he installed new wheels and I have receipts for them but one tire is worn so I don"t know what the deal is. There is a spare tire. uplift crank & gears seem to work well, only used once to set up when I bought it in Feb. (Excuse me if I don"t use the correct terminology as I am not familiar with mechanical things. ) There was no electric brakes when I bought it and I did not attempt to replace them. To my knowledge, Everything is and works as stated. The wiring system to vehicle has not been tested by me as I have not taken it out but when the seller delivered it to my residence (distance of abou 80 miles) he reported no problems (but he had all wires twisted and taped, not secure so a knowledgeable person needs to make sure all exterior lights are secure and working before pulling trailer. THIS IS AN AS-IS SALE. PLEASE DON"T ASK ME TO INCLUDE ANYTHING EXTRA. I DID THE BEST I CAN AND IT LOOKS GREAT TO ME AND TO ALL WHO HAVE LOOKED AT IT (Of course they were all my friends)
