This 40" MCI 9 Bus conversion was designed for full timing, with large water tanks, flex steel furniture, oak cabinets, with an air seat for the driver. Custom carpet design, with "Route 66" theme, kitchen has corian counter top. Rear master bedroom has a full size queen bed that lifts to provide additional storage. The bathroom has a full size shower; the shower has piping in place for a dedicated electric on-demand water heater. Two roof top air conditioners with heat pumps, propane heater, satellite dome, and awning.
To operate better in the mountains the engine is a Detroit 8V96T that has been professionally rebuilt (H.B. Industries El Cajon, CA), Allison automatic transmission which both have less the 5,000 miles on them and a new turbo installed in 2016/2017 House power has a 7.5 Onan diesel generator, as well as 2 inverters, 12VDC and 24VDC.
It has a clear DMV title. The coach is parked in secured, covered storage in Durango, CO. The coach can be inspected by appointment.
