1979 KENWORTH K100 DOUBLE BUNK COE Tight Silver 8V92T, Jakes,13 spd , tall rubber. 8 bag rear , cab air ride, VIT int, feather-light power steering. Top of the line in "79. Nice options. Nicest riding COE I"ve been in. Rides like a short conventional. Motor runs real nice. Great oil pressure, smooth & noise free w/very little Detroit drip. Trans shifts nice no noises. A aluminum has been polished. New Chrome gullwing front bumper. New real seat covers, nice steering wheel, New mattress & more. Rear Rubber non matching but good w/the exception of one dry cracked. Front thick Michelins but has dry cracking. Was a magazine truck back in it"s day. Paint in Original so its "interesting" & worn, This truck is get in & go, drive cross country if you want. Take to the shows or pull a trailer & park that ELD truck to bring in a dollar. 40 years old & is not perfect. Minor quirks include, but not limited to,a few inop gauges, drivers air seat lazy, Jake switch touchy (at pedal), stuff like that. Mufflers are hollow so looks stock but sound sweat & tall. Roof A/C & Cab A/C, nether has been tried. Fiberglass Dog house could use some repair but usable as is. Located in Orange ct
