Vehicle description

There is a clear title for this vehicle.
This is a camper that is built out of fiberglass side panels with an aluminum roof, all attached to 1 inch steel tubing. No wooden framing at all to rot. The fiberglass cleans up well with fiberglass cleaner and polish just like you would do for a fiberglass boat. There is some wood floor rot which is easily fixable.(the wood is screwed to the metal floor beams.)The engine and transmission are good(recently started after draining bad gas due to sitting since 2012). We bought a new camper and no longer need this one. It is not at all common, never seen another like it. Sold new in 1979 for around $20,000. I paid $4500 in 2005. It has 63,428 original miles. It has a 400 cubic inch GMC small block engine with a 4 barrel carburetor. The roof air works, never tried to fix the dash air. If you put 6 new tires on this you could possibly camp in it while you worked on it. It "WILL" require 6 new tires before attempting to drive it. The tires are dry rotted, they were on it in 2005 when I bought it. This means either purchasing 6 new tires if you want to try driving it home, or bringing a flatbed trailer to haul it. The tires will air up to drive it on a trailer, they just wont hold air overnight. It definitely needs lots of small detail stuff done to it. If you like restoring or working on campers you might like this. If you want to buy something and go camping right away this is probably not for you. We never used the bathroom or hot water heater, we camped at places with bath houses. I do know the fiberglass holding tank has a hole that would need repair before you could use the bathroom. The roof AC has been checked and is working, the refrigerator, stove burners, and gas heat furnace were working when parked.

Check prices on Class B campers and see if this suits you better. Auction starts at $ 1999 with no reserve.
I tried to put a link to my dropbox video of the camper but ebay will not allow it. Check my feedback and ask any questions before purchase, I don"t want to disappoint anyone by not 100% truthfully stating condition and looks of camper. Thanks.
