1979 International Harvester 4070B truck tractor in very good shape, Big Cam 3 Cummings engine. 400 HP. 13 speed fuller roadranger. 38,000 international rear ends with 4 spring reyco suspension. Rear axel ratio is 4.42:1 Tires 90% (11x24.5) Brakes 70% . Recent oil change,. .I am the 3rd owner of the truck. I acquired it as a backup for my 1985 9670. This truck was on the road pulling flatbeds of rebar for the last 35 years in Northern NJ to NYC and Long Island. until 10 months ago. The owner I bought it off of retired at age 75. (he bought the truck in 1983) The truck has 400,000 original miles and runs excellent. The AC even works. It has 2 aluminum equipment boxes on frame. (Headache rack off the truck but goes with the truck also)Dual 110 gallon fuel tanks . 166 inch wheelbase It was given a recent paint job to white to match my other cabover . I run it about 20 miles a week to keep it from lot rot. Insured and has a transit plate on it. Some pics of its original orange and white paint scheme are included. Truck can be put back on the road it will pass a DOT inspection. Or restore it as a show truck. not much to do there. There are not very many of these left in this condition and low mileage.
