Vehicle description

This is my 1979 Dodge Appollo 32 foot motorhome in great running conditon. I believe the transmission has been rebuilt recently as I just tuned and changed the spark plugs and noticed the transmission fluid is very clean and the housing was painted silver. Anyways the 440 engine starts right up without hesitation and the auto transmisson(Torqueflite 727 I"m assuming) goes right into gear and brakes do work and work fair, but probably need attention. The brake light is on, not sure whats up with that. One this old could use some new front tires and I would change any brake hoses while you are there. It also has it"s Onan generator which also starts right up. Both motorhome engine and generator engine have no issues, no knocking and no smoke on start up or running. The inside is in really nice condition for age even the carpet isn"t bad or that dirty. One wall(short wall) under the window needs repair as the paneling looks to have gotten wet before. The onboard water pump works from the command center and pumps water good. Heavy duty shower in great shape as the whole bathroom, countertops, and toilet are in good clean shape. two single beds which join together to make 3 wide are in great shape also. Everything functions and works well except haven"t ran the roof ac"s yet. I"m gonna try and mess with them and will add that update if I do. Old paint is faded, but I did clean and add a product to it detailing it and it came out much better. Roof has no stains inside and looks great. You probably could drive it off with some tags, but tires are weather cracked. They do hold air and there is a tire shop right around the corner from my house. Buyer could throw some good used tires on it and save some money doing that. Would be excellent for a deer camp, for camping, for parking on your property until you finish building your house then you could resell it and recoup your money. I don"t/can"t do a lot on the computer without my son or my friend showing/helping me so please call with any questions and you are welcome to inspect, start up and put in gear in the yard going forwards and backwards. Buyers with 0 feedback need to contact me first or I reserve the right to cancel your bid. Shipping is the buyers expense and setup, but I can assist in loading. I am located at Bacliff(77518), Tx. which is just about half way between Houston and Galveston off of Hwy. 146 I do appreciate any interest and questions, Joseph@ (281)793-2197
