I purchased this plane from the long time owner who was having a issue with a cylinder running high EGT. .found cylinder to have broken rings. Replaced cylinder with overhauled unit, runs great!
Was going to use it as a family hauler/teach my kids Multi Engine. .but the current state of the economy has me liquidating what my wife calls "luxury items". .
I am not asking top dollar for the plane. .because I want to SELL IT. . but I don"t need to sell it. Lowball offers won"t be considered.
This plane is lien free with a clean title search and will be sold with a FAA 8050-2 Bill of Sale.
Cash in person/Bank Check/Wire Transfer are ok. Not dealing with your finance company. .loans. .priced for a EASY, no hassle sale.
Not really wanting to relocate for pre-buy. .have plenty of local guys on the field that I don"t care for to do that. :-)
