Up for sale is a rare low mileage GMC Royale Motorhome. The bus runs and
drives well it’s been well maintained. Only 65,000 original miles the
motorhome has a lot of life left in it. Tires are new just installed
less than 50 miles ago this month. Runs drives shifts perfect recent
tune up performed to assure road readiness. Rare original GMC Motorhome
with binders full of records from the original owners.
This was the top of the line floor plan with the leather seats and sofa and rear kitchen
area. This is a must see machine to appreciate the quality and
condition.
The floor plan is the 26" Center Kitchen type. Interior is in very nice shape the leather is in fantastic shape this has been a truly loved and appreciated coach. I"m not really sure how to test everything on the coach but I was told that it was all working when sold to me. The refrigerator is an upgraded unit made specifically for the GMCs and cost over $1,400.00 for the upgrade. The brand is Dometic.
This GMC is part of the GMC Motorhomes International Registry. FMCA Number F38831 Vehicle ID Number TZE.
Frame and body are in excellent shape brakes are excellent many additional parts included. I have an additional air pump for the air ride and the lines I have a bunch of weather stripping also. I have two extra hub caps also. Air conditioning from the engine is not working currently I do not have access to R12 to charge the system. I"d recommend changing it over to 134A.
I"ve only driven the RV a limited amount but I have tested it at highway speeds and stop and go city driving. I do not guarantee this RV in any way, I"ve done my best to describe the motorhome accurately and encourage people to come see it in person.
Mandatory non refundable $500.00 deposit is due at the end of the auction immediate payment is required due to the high non paying bidder rate this is a must.
Full payment must be made in 3 days regardless of when you pick up the RV. I"d like the RV picked up in 10 days however upon request and full payment I may hold it a bit longer if it helps the purchaser.
Florida buyers MUST pay sales tax and cost of registration there are no dealer fees. Out of state buyers do not pay sales tax or registration.
