1 Owner. Bought new and maintained by the owner of a Chevrolet GMC store in 1979. Maintained by that store until 2013. Engine seems to run well. Transmission leaks fluid but runs well when refilled. Could be a simple seal issue. Air suspension is operable, however one airbag losses its pressure within a day or two. All rear drum brakes were just torn down and rebuilt. 6000w Onan generator runs well. 2 AC units, one does not turn on. Gas stove, fridge, and oven. Some roof leaking appears to have occurred; upon inspection, it appears vent caps dry rotted and seals around the AC units need recaulked(easy fixes). Airbag skirts and hub caps are included. Interior fabric is as expected for a 40 year old
