This is a 1978 GMC Birchaven Motorhome. It has 172 thousand miles on it. It was in many rallies and belonged to multiple clubs. I have talked to the president of the GMC club and he stated that the VIN number is the collectible year. It has traveled all over the United States. It has had 2 owners. It has been in our family for 37 years. Runs great and still camp in it. Need to sell it because I need a livestock trailer. It has a rebuild alternator, new solenoid, and new firestone air bellows. The tires have 60% or more tread. No dry rot. Onan 4000 generator that starts but does not switch off of battery power. All essentials work. Air conditioner charged last year.
