This RV is in excellent condition for its year and runs beautifully. This is not one that has been sitting. We just got back from a trip up and down the California coast and loved it. Has new tires with warranty and everything works as it should. Has newer fridge, toilet, roof air and carpet. This one has the 440 with newer exhaust and no leaks or mechanical issues of any kind.
