We are selling our 1978 airstream argosy 30’ we have started to fix up but unfortunately aren’t going to be able to finish it. It has very good bones and will be a nice trailer when finished. We have put in a new front piece of subfloor to replace the rotted piece up there. We also put in new laminate flooring. It still needs quarter round to give it the finished look. Also we built a front dining area that has a new water tank that’s not hooked up. You will need hookups. It comes with water pump also. We also put in cabinets and new sink. The sink still needs hooked up. We did not get a cabinet for next to refrigerator yet and we won’t be before the sale. We were not able to make it to the bathroom yet but we were going to do a compost toilet. I did put a brand new electric jack on that uses a 7 way plug to power. The a/c works. Not sure on how cold it blows. I do have the battery that goes in battery box and the door for battery box. I do have brand new stabilizing jacks in the box that go with it. Also 2 50’ 30amp extension cords and surge protector. It will need a new water heater. The trailer also has brand new wheels and tires on it but I don’t know last time bearings were serviced. Also the trailer needs the 7 way plug put back on. Previous owner cut it under the trailer so connecting wires will need to be done. This trailer was going to use no propane so we have no tanks or lines. The back window in bathroom is plexiglass. And all the seals around vents/AC/windows will need sealed up so it doesn’t leak. Deposit of $1000 due within 48 hours of auction end and remaining balance due within 7 days of auction end and will need picked up by then also unless discussed with me ahead of time.
