Vehicle description
Charming 1978 27" Argosy Travel Trailer. Video: https:/ youtu.be/xpTKa_jC1MA
So many possibilities with this beautiful trailer that retains most of it"s original hardware. It spent 20 years of its life parked in a single location and it"s solid bones reflect this.
The trailer has a new Dometic refrigerator, fresh water tank/pump, and laminate floors. Oh yea, I also replaced the radio and speakers.
As with all trailers of this age many plastic items and appliances need care and attention: - Suburban heater works but is very difficult to get pilot lighted. I have replaced the fan in it, but if I were going to keep the trailer I would be looking at other sources of heat. Two radiant electric panels have been installed, but can be removed easily. - Cook Top works but oven does not. - Water system is old, leaks, is brittle and should probably be completely replaced (minus new tank and pump) - Previous owner installed new propane water heater that I have not used or tested. - 12V electric works - AC power works - Trailer running lights no longer work, break and turn lights worked the last time tested - Tires are two years old and breaks checked out at that time - Black water tank is in place. Homemade composting toilet is installed and easily removed. - Fiberglass tub has cracked in several places. - Trim pieces are fragile and easily break.
Delivery within Washington state may be negotiated.
