The deposit will be deducted from the final price at the time of the pick up . Also I will need to know immediately after the sale when you will be picking it up. This auction is for serious buyers wh are willing to pick up immediately.
This is a 1977 Terry Taurus, 31 foot travel trailer camper in fair condition - I had the interior gutted to make it into a storage trailer, But I am moving out of the state so I can"t take it with me. I have the PA title. It does not have a current inspection sticker though I recently had it inspected. It will pass inspection with some extra expense. It needs a rear bumper (has to be welded on or bolted on) , I bought one to bolt or weld on for $125, I will include it with the sale It needs a new hitch coupler for the ball. While it is towable, the locking mechanism for the coupler is broken. The safety chains are there. It needs a breakaway switch and battery installed, The power truck power hookup cable needs to be replaced though it works. Marker lights, brake lights and tail light or bulbs have to be replaced. I was told it would cost around $900 to pass inspection. But if you can fix, replace electrical stuff like bulbs, battery, lights and cables etc it will reduce part of the cost. If you can drill into the frame and the steel bumper tube, then you can bolt the bumper on or if you know how to weld or know someone who can then can weld on the bumper and a new coupler. The interior was professionally taken apart, as you can see in one of the pictures all the contents that were taken out, some of the other pictures are taken from the door looking backwards and forwards. The interior will need to be cleaned an sanitized, the trailer needs a good wash. The area of exposed frame is where the fridge was. But basically the toilet, tub, , all appliances, shelves and furniture were removed. I had 4 new tires installed. There are no propane tanks as pictured.
Anyway this can be used to store stuff in. The dimensions are 31 ft X 8 ft X 7 Ft (1680 Cu Ft) or roughly 250 sq ft. A 10X20 sq ft outside storage space will cost you $200 a month. You can store this trailer in an RV lot for $65 a month. It will pay for itself in savings in almost a year.
Or with some additional work, you can convert this into a custom tiny home or a mobile one at that.
