Great hunting camper / travel trailer. Needs work. Very cute interior in good shape. Has pretty serious roof leaks/water leaks. All appliances worked last time we used it in 2016. Stove/oven needs thermocouple. Works, but pilot light has to be on when gas is on. Air conditioner. Newer water heater. Has central heat that we"ve never tried. Refrigerator. Is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS. had a storm break a window and roof vent. Had pretty serious roof leak over couch and bath tub. Needs roof and plumbing work. Is still a very cute camper. No rips or tears in upholstery. All original upholstery (drapes, chair, table, couch.) In very good shape especially for its age. Foam is broke down though. Long couch folds out to a bed. Table folds down to a bed too. Built in sofa table. 22 foot. Unfortunately it is 41 years old and has some issues so we can"t guarantee anything. Is currently located at Fort Cobb Lake. Fort Cobb State Park.
