Vehicle description
104,000 miles on the original engine which runs great and starts up every time. Easy to drive and rides nice. This motorhome is front wheel drive and has a self leveling system. We keep it in a garage that is heated. ( It just fits through the garage door in the old firehouse here in South Bend.) The original interior is in nice, clean condition and is very cozy. Very nice for being 40 years old. The rear couches turn into a full bed and the front dinette also turns into a bed. All original flex steel seating in nice condition. Newer tires with less than 1,000 miles on them. The front dash air does not work but the 2 roof air conditioners work fine. We used to run both roof airs but since I have removed everything inside and added insulation we only have to run one air conditioner. 6000 W Onan generator runs fine. Newer fresh water tank and pump. Original furnace runs fine. Stove and oven works fine. LP Gas tank works fine. Everything in the bathroom works fine and the fiberglass is in very nice condition. Even has the original shower curtains in fine condition. Hot water tank works fine with newer thermostat. 3 original exhaust fans work fine. Bathroom, Range hood, and above dinette. Brakes work fine with newer brake lines. All lights work fine. There is an Ice Box with a 12 volt Supercool unit which removes heat in the ice box and makes the ice last much longer. Unit made in sweden. Instruction manual included. Original Front dash AM/FM radio and CB works but the 8 track player does not. There is a Pioneer sound system Radio/ Cassette player with amplifier installed in the cabinet with pioneer speakers mounted on the underside of the cabinets. Microwave in cabinet above ice box Crank up TV antenna works fine. Bilstein shocks are great. Nice storage pod on roof. Bike rack holds 2 bicycles at top of rear ladder. There is a leak in the left side exhaust manifold that we can hear and probably needs a new gasket. The right side windshield has a crack that has been there since we purchased it in 1998 and has not traveled. Other than that, It is in nice original condition and have used it every summer and really enjoyed it. We are the second owners of this coach and have put a lot of work into it through the years. Includes 3 shop manuals, A parts ordering book and the original owners operating manual which explains how to use everything. (We always purchased readily available, needed parts from Cinibar in Sandusky Michigan). Please feel free to ask questions or come look at it. 40 Year old coach is being sold as is. See all 22 photos.
