It has been our home and daily driver for over 4 years. We have driven from north- south, coast-to-coast "round trip in all sorts of weather. We have driven across MAJOR mountains throughout the usa, traveled the desert twice, been through 3 below 0 weather and 2 hurricanes:) She is a looker AND a runner. Being 23" long she easily sleeps 4- 5 adults and has dual rear wheels, a current plate & registration, a shower AND tub, 2 skylights (both with screens & 1 has a fan), toilet, bathroom sink and a privacy divider/ door. She also has 2 kitchen sinks, an oven with a 4 burner range, exhaust hood, "fridge, roof ac, central heat, cruise, am/ fm, redone to original spotless leather seats, etc. Comes with new or newer radials, spare, paint (including the roof), carpet, door panels, arm rests, upholstery, curtains, screens, refinished cabinetry, carb., battery, all belts, wipers, plug wires, tow hitch/ ball. WELL maintained 440/ v8 with oil & filter changed regularly & did valve cover gaskets, hoses, seals, rear axle service, exhaust manifold gaskets, trans mount, u joints, water pump, brake booster & check valve, idler arm/ suspension & radiator flush. Oil & filter just recently done, as well. The motor home is also for sale locally. She is sold "as is, where is," without a warranty, but delivery is possible anywhere, for an additional fee, as she runs GREAT. Extras are also included. There are also many drawers, large closets & LOTS of storage space. Due to her VINTAGE status she is SMOG EXEMPT in most states despite being a clean runner. She does not have computer chips which can create diagnostic headaches, hefty bills & runs 87 octane; your cheapest fuel. We do use high test now & then but not required.
